综合介绍 General Introduction

李炫华,教授,香港大学电子工程系(光电子学)博士,“千人计划”魏秉庆教授团队及纳米能源材料实验室成员。陕西省科技重点创新团队负责人,陕西省青年科技新星,西北工业大学翱翔青年学者,主持国家自然科学基金面上和青年项目各一项。以第一作者在Chem.Soc. Rev. adv. mater., adv. energy. mater., adv. funct. mater., adv. optical mater., sci. rep., appl. phys. lett. 等国际期刊上发表论文多篇。其中 4篇文章入选 esi top1%高被引论文,6 篇文章被选为封面类文章。

招生信息 Admission Information

招生:欢迎具有材料学、物理学、化学、光电子学等相关背景的学生保送、报考硕士和博士研究生,欢迎博士后加盟。课题组与美国UCLA,香港HKU,CUHK,新加坡国立,英国Queen Mary等诸多高校建立了紧密合作关系,本实验室学生鼓励出国开展1-2年的研究工作。

课题组研究条件:

常规材料制备与表征:FTIR,UV-Vis,TEM, XRD,材料制备及热分析:双温区CVD炉5台;TGA/DSC同步热分析, 纳米3D打印机,接触角,LB膜制备,纳米力学测试仪,台阶仪,粒度分析仪,BET ,霍尔效应,四探针,微波反应器,电纺丝,ALD。

特殊表征设备:自有SEM, Raman-AFM联用 (四个激光器, AFM外罩手套箱惰性气氛保护),暗场显微镜, 

太阳能电池研究:模拟太阳器,IPCE(光电) ,台阶仪,手套箱-蒸发仪联用设备。 

光电,电催化研究:光催化反应系统与GC , 电化学工作站多台, IPCE(光催化),电催化设备
